Daniel Christopher “D.C.” Rogers was born and raised in Lompoc, CA, the son of a rocket engineer and brother to three over-achieving sisters. He was most recently a story editor on the Netflix series Partner Track, and was previously a staff writer on the CW drama In the Dark. His feature film script Stardust won the 2019 Harvardwood Writers Competition.

In addition to his screenwriting career, D.C. is an in-demand lecturer. He is currently on the faculty at both the University of California, Los Angeles and Loyola Marymount University. He also offers private screenwriting coaching services.

D.C. holds an MFA from the Peter Stark Producing Program at USC and a BA in English from Harvard College. A classically trained baritone, SAG Award-winning actor, and avid amateur baker, D.C. resides in Los Angeles, CA.
